About the Company Rishworth Aviation is recruiting on behalf of a diversified aviation group conducting charter flight operations in Papua New Guinea. Role Overview The Chief Pilot (BE350) will be responsible for the leadership, management and oversight of the company's King Air 350i flight operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency and crew performance across Papua New Guinea. The role plays a key part in driving operational excellence, maintaining regulatory compliance and fostering a strong safety culture throughout the organisation. The position is offered on a 10 months on / 2 months off rotation. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for all King Air 350 flight operations, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations. Manage pilot recruitment, training, competency assessments and performance evaluations. Ensure all flight crew maintain current licences, ratings, medical certificates and required training. Develop, implement and maintain company flight operations policies, procedures and standard operating practices. Investigate operational incidents and safety reports, implementing corrective and preventative actions where required. Maintain accurate operational records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements. Serve as Pilot-in-Command when required and provide operational guidance to flight crews. Requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to adapt to rotational schedules and remote-base living conditions. Licences & Qualifications FAA ATPL. King Air 350 type rating. Experience Previous experience as a Chief Pilot, Flight Operations Manager, Training Captain or similar leadership role preferred.
