Role Overview The Chief Inspector is responsible to the Quality Manager for the overall operation of the inspection department and is delegated to oversee all return-to-service processes. You will direct, plan and lay out the details of the inspection standards, methods and procedures used by the repair stations in complying with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and manufacturer specifications and recommendations. Occasional travel is required to support quality assurance activities such as training, audit support and functional department meetings, with occasional extended working hours. Key Responsibilities Support and implement the Pratt & Whitney Engine Services internal Quality Management System Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and with ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 / AS9110 requirements, as revised Provide oversight of the PWES and MRT inspection process Take part in internal and external audits Create, update and maintain all regulatory documentation Conduct risk and opportunity assessments Ensure deployment of the site Safety Management System for compliance with PWES product safety and product quality requirements Lead root cause and corrective action (RCCA) investigations Maintain quality metrics and KPIs Licences & Qualifications Valid A&P licence Associate's degree or other two-year post-high-school training with a minimum of 8 years of inspection experience complying with Federal Aviation Regulations, or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorised to access information under this programme or contract. No security clearance is required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Chief Inspector, Quality Supervisor, Quality Manager or Lead Auditor Experience with the RCCA investigation process and other continuous improvement processes and tools In-depth working knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration regulations Working knowledge of technical documentation and standards Familiarity with engine assembly and disassembly, component repair and return-to-service functions Familiarity with inspection and measurement equipment Experience with regulatory certification Training in or working knowledge of AS9110 and supplier quality management What We Offer Salary range of USD 60,000 - 114,000, a good-faith estimate representative of all experience levels; RTX considers the role, function and responsibilities, work experience, location, education or training and key skills when extending an offer Eligibility for benefits including medical, dental and vision cover, life insurance, short and long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, an employee assistance programme, the Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off and holidays. The position is also covered under the PWES vision programme, in which the selected candidate will be a participant. This is an onsite role. Employees in onsite roles work primarily onsite, including all production and maintenance employees. This is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply. Requirements

• Support and implement the Pratt & Whitney Engine Services internal Quality Management System
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and with ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 / AS9110 requirements, as revised
• Provide oversight of the PWES and MRT inspection process
• Take part in internal and external audits
• Create, update and maintain all regulatory documentation

• Valid A&P licence
