Key Responsibilities Certify and release to service the maintenance and repair work performed. Carry out detailed troubleshooting and rectification, as well as assessing damage to electronic parts. Support the Customer Support Manager and communicate independently with customers. Licences & Qualifications B2 certifying staff authorisation.
