Role Overview Neos S.p.A. is looking for Certified Aircraft Technicians (Cat. A or B1.1/B2) on the B737NG, B737 MAX and B787 to join the team working on line maintenance of its aircraft, in a dynamic environment focused on professional growth. Selected profiles may be considered for the Neos bases at Milan Malpensa, Verona and Bologna. The role is based on site and sits within the Maintenance function. Requirements Working knowledge of IT tools (AMOS and My Boeing Fleet). EWIS and Fuel Tank Safety course certificates. Positive, proactive attitude with a strong interest in aviation. Creativity, flexibility and a team-working orientation. Analytical and systematic working method. Adaptability and the ability to work under pressure. Availability to work shifts. Licences & Qualifications EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence B1.1/B2 with type rating (Boeing 737NG, Boeing 737 MAX or Boeing 787 considered a plus). Maintenance Cat. B1: gross pay from EUR 42,000 to EUR 44,800 per year, plus annual variable elements averaging EUR 18,000 to EUR 24,000 gross.
