Job Description

About the Company Jetfly Technik GmbH is part of Jetfly, a leader in fractional aircraft ownership in Europe for both business and private aviation. Jetfly Technik is the group's aircraft maintenance centre based in Zweibrücken, providing comprehensive product support across the entire life cycle of a Pilatus aircraft. The teams are experienced specialists trained by Pilatus who look after the aircraft to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with EASA Part-145 requirements. Identify malfunctions and defects, perform troubleshooting and ensure appropriate corrective actions are carried out. Assemble and install electrical components and avionics equipment. Ensure the AMOS system is regularly updated to accurately reflect maintenance activities, component changes and man-hours. On completion of maintenance activities, release aircraft to service in compliance with applicable regulations and ensure continued airworthiness. Report work progress, defects, technical issues and any delays in a timely manner. Ensure assigned tools are maintained in good condition. Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment. Provide supervision and guidance to CAT A technicians as required. Licences & Qualifications Holder of an EASA Part-66 Category B2 licence. An EASA Part-66 Category A licence would be considered an advantage. Human Factors training. Part-145 initial and/or refresher training. EWIS initial and/or refresher training. Fuel Tank Safety initial and/or refresher training. Requirements Strong electrical and avionics technical knowledge. Knowledge of EASA Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 and Part-145 requirements would be an advantage. Basic knowledge of PC network technologies. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and detail-oriented. Experience Proven experience working with complex technical systems. Significant experience in aircraft maintenance. Previous experience in business aviation would be considered an asset.
