Role Overview Command the skies as a Captain in an elite private aviation environment, where precision, leadership and discretion define every mission. As Captain you will fly a variety of domestic and global routes, adapt quickly to changing conditions and uphold the highest standards of safety, service and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Lead with confidence: Take command of all assigned flights, making critical decisions to ensure safety and compliance with federal, local and company regulations. Deliver excellence: Maintain complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems, operate with precision, manage flight plans and adapt to changing conditions for a seamless travel experience. Safety & compliance: Perform the functions of the TSA In-Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) under the Twelve Five Standard Security Program or Private Charter Standard Security Program as applicable. Conduct the required passenger safety briefings, or assign that duty to the second in command. Actively support open communication on safety issues, report hazards, and record and report all aircraft discrepancies as they occur. Administration: Manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals and complete accurate trip paperwork in line with company procedures. Represent the brand: Be the face of Jet Aviation, showcasing professionalism and dedication to delivering exceptional service. Requirements Flexibility: Able to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles. Global readiness: Willing to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions. Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record. Team spirit: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a passion for collaboration, with exceptional organisational and communication skills and a deep understanding of the aviation industry. Management skills: Proactive, resourceful problem-solving, handling all responsibilities with integrity and discretion. Licences & Qualifications Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate required. FAA First Class Medical required. Appropriate aircraft type rating and currency. Experience 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time. 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command. 1,500 hours multi-engine. 500 hours turbo-jet and 500 hours turbine. 100 hours night and 75 hours simulated instrument. What We Offer Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000. This range is not a guaranteed offer of compensation; the final salary is determined by factors such as the candidate's experience, geographic location and other relevant considerations. Additional Information Physical requirements: Regular use of hands, standing, walking and sitting, with occasional climbing, kneeling or crouching. Work environment: Work takes place in a variety of environments, from heavy maintenance areas to upscale customer spaces, with the dynamic atmosphere of aircraft arrivals and departures, occasional high noise levels, vibration and exposure to fuel fumes, plus changing weather and seasonal temperature extremes in hangar settings.
