About the Company Airbus Helicopters is recruiting a B2 licensed Technical Assistance Representative for short missions to join the Support Engineering department based in Marignane, France. The Marignane site — France's third-largest industrial site, near Marseille and Aix-en-Provence — is undergoing a deep transformation to offer a high-technology, inclusive and environmentally respectful working environment, at the heart of helicopter manufacturing. Role Overview You will join the Support Engineering department, and more specifically a multidisciplinary team responsible for external technical assistance on short-duration missions (under 6 months). The post requires a security clearance and eligibility for clearance by the recognised authorities. Very frequent business travel in France and abroad is expected, so you must be willing to travel at very short notice. Permanent, full-time contract; French job class F11; experience level: entry level. Key Responsibilities Carry out field missions according to the needs of customers and subsidiaries. Advise the local operator to support day-to-day improvement and increased performance. Advise technical staff on troubleshooting, maintenance, repair work, maintenance programmes and ground support equipment. Deliver on-job training to customers in the field. Help customers implement the modifications to be applied. Manage maintenance and repairs. Monitor the documentation needed for your activity and keep your own competences up to date. Requirements Autonomy in carrying out the role. Ability to communicate appropriately with the customer in a constrained environment. Initiative and enterprising spirit. Ability to write up a summary of work carried out, raise issues and promote improvements within the company. Writing technical reports, visit reports and fleet follow-up records. Mandatory knowledge of technical documentation, airworthiness, CAMO, logistics and human factors. Use of the WebTek tool and of common office software. Constant attention to safety during work on site and for the aircraft's future operations. Languages: advanced English and fluent French. Licences & Qualifications Required: valid EASA Part-66 B2 licence. Required: one type qualification from the Super Puma family, or EC175, or H160.
