Role Overview STS Aviation Services is looking for B2 Licensed Engineers to join its team in Manchester as it opens a new hangar. The engineer performs and certifies maintenance, repair and modification work on Boeing 777 aircraft, ensuring compliance with Part 145 regulations and the highest standards of safety and quality. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for both technical execution and the supervision of maintenance teams. Key Responsibilities Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair and overhaul of customer aircraft within company approvals. Certify maintenance activity in accordance with Part 145 requirements and company procedures. Provide leadership and supervision to mechanics and support staff, setting high standards of maintenance execution by example. Ensure maintenance work is completed efficiently, on time and to customer satisfaction, supporting both on-time performance and technical dispatch reliability. Licences & Qualifications EASA / UK CAA Part-66 B2 licence, type rated on the Boeing 777. Full UK driving licence. Experience Minimum of 3 years' experience as a licensed technician. Requirements Strong organisational, interpersonal and supervisory skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Must be eligible to live and work in the United Kingdom. What We Offer Competitive salary. Company pension scheme. Free onsite parking.
