Role Overview Join an exclusive luxury resort operation as the B1.3 LAME / FAA A&P Mechanic (EC135), contracted through Rishworth Aviation. This is a chance to combine world-class aviation work with island life in East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. You will be the technical lead ensuring safe, reliable flight operations for a high-end guest experience while living and working in a remote tropical setting, keeping the helicopter mission-ready throughout. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to B1.3 standards on the EC135 helicopter. Certify aircraft releases under your FAA A&P privileges and complete accurate logbook entries. Troubleshoot and repair airframe, engine and mechanical systems, including AD and SB compliance. Coordinate maintenance planning and parts logistics with Rishworth Aviation and resort operations. Support ground operations with pre-flight checks, defect rectification and technical briefings. Manage technical records and regulatory compliance for the FAA and local authorities. Liaise with OEMs and approved repair stations for component removals, overhauls and warranty work. Champion safety and quality, take part in safety meetings and drive continuous improvement. Licences & Qualifications FAA A&P licence is mandatory. Desirable: familiarity with FAA regulations, ADs, SBs and OEM documentation. Experience Minimum 3 to 5 years of helicopter maintenance experience with demonstrable hands-on work. Strong English communication skills for technical reporting and international coordination. Desirable: avionics and electrical instrumentation (E&I) experience. Desirable: able to work independently in a remote environment. Desirable: professional demeanour suitable for a luxury hospitality environment.
