Safety and quality: maintain a safety-first culture, ensuring all tooling, parts and procedures meet rigorous aviation standards. Requirements Mobility: high flexibility for frequent travel and short-term assignments across Africa and the Middle East, and openness to mobilisation for deployment in African and Middle Eastern countries for short missions. Language: proficiency in technical and spoken English; French is a significant advantage for West African operations. Resilient: able to thrive in high-pressure environments and solve complex technical problems with limited local infrastructure. Adaptable: culturally sensitive and comfortable moving between different countries and customer environments. Autonomous: a can-do attitude and the ability to make sound technical decisions in the field. Proven ability to work independently in remote or austere environments is a plus. Additional type ratings on other Airbus helicopters such as the H145, H135 or AS365/H155 are a plus. Experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience on the specified types. Experience with military variants (Caracal/Cougar) and mission-specific equipment is a plus.
