About the Company Rishworth Aviation is a specialist aviation crew resourcing company that places pilots and engineers with airlines and operators worldwide. Role Overview The client is a leading domestic operator providing passenger and charter solutions in Papua New Guinea. They are looking for B1 LAMEs (ATR 72-600 / Dash 8 Classic) to take responsibility for maintaining the aircraft in accordance with both regulatory and organisational requirements. Key Responsibilities Carry out maintenance on the organisation's ATR fleet to ensure airworthiness and compliance with all requirements. Handle and rectify all airframe and engine-related maintenance for both scheduled and unscheduled checks. Perform and certify aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with the appropriate manuals, policies and procedures. Carry out maintenance work on other fleet types from time to time. Work effectively in a team so operational requirements are met with no compromise to quality and safety. Licences & Qualifications ATR 72 rating is required. ICAO or another foreign licence acceptable to the local CAA. Experience At least 5 years' hands-on experience as a B1 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer working on ATRs. What We Offer Equal touring rotation of 3 weeks or 6 weeks. Accommodation, flights, transport and meals provided at base. Further type ratings offered to successful candidates with the right aptitude and calibre.
