Role Overview Top Aces is recruiting an Avionics Technician / Aircraft Electronics Technician holding an EASA CAT B2 licence for its Rostock-Laage site, to join a dynamic team in an international environment. As an avionics technician with a valid EASA CAT B2 licence you take a central role in maintenance for the German Top Aces programme, focusing on the maintenance, testing and certification of complex avionics and mission systems on our aircraft. Key Responsibilities Carry out inspections as well as preventive and corrective maintenance on aircraft avionics and mission systems, including V/UHF and NAV/COM systems, multifunction displays (MFD) and radar warning receivers (RWR) Repair, install and modify flight mission systems Troubleshoot, analyse and rectify faults on electrical and electronic aircraft systems Repair, install, modify and replace avionics and mission systems in accordance with maintenance documentation and aviation regulatory requirements Perform calibrations, functional tests and performance tests of avionics systems on the ground, and support system testing after maintenance work Certify work within the scope of your EASA CAT B2 licence, including proper technical documentation Ensure that all spare parts are inspected, approved, certified and correctly documented before installation Requirements Completed vocational training as an avionics technician / aircraft electronics technician Good written and spoken German and English Willingness to undertake occasional business travel, both domestic and international Licences & Qualifications Valid EASA CAT B2 licence (an advantage) Experience Several years of professional experience maintaining avionics and electrical aircraft systems What We Offer A secure, permanent position in a growing international company 30 days of annual leave Further training and development opportunities Flexible working hours Access to the EGYM Wellpass Company pension scheme and employer-subsidised disability insurance Employee discounts via the Corporate Benefits portal Modern workplace equipment (company laptop, work phone and ergonomic desks) Recognition of service anniversaries with special honours and gifts Additional Information Applications are preferred online via topaces.com and should state your salary expectations and earliest possible start date. Requirements
