About the Company Rishworth Aviation is a specialist aviation crew resourcing company that places pilots and engineers with airlines and operators worldwide. Role Overview Rishworth is supporting Air Botswana in recruiting an experienced ATR 72-212A / ATR 72-600 Type Rating Instructor to join the training team in Gaborone. This is a full-time position focused exclusively on training, checking and standards oversight, with no rostered flying duties, and it offers a competitive net salary and comprehensive expatriate benefits. Key Responsibilities Deliver ATR 72-212A / ATR 72-600 line checking duties for pilots across the airline. Conduct training in accordance with Air Botswana and regulatory standards. Maintain currency and compliance as a TRI/TRE. Provide simulator instruction; an SFI qualification is considered an added advantage. Support continuous improvement of training programmes and safety standards. Licences & Qualifications Current ATR 72-212A / ATR 72-600 TRI/TRE. SFI qualification advantageous. Experience Strong instructional background with proven training delivery. Able to relocate full-time to Gaborone. What We Offer USD 10,000 per month, net of taxes. Full-time position based in Gaborone. Flights, transport and accommodation provided. Annual leave aligned with Air Botswana crew contracts. Open-ended, renewable contract.
