About the Company Textron Aviation services Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft through its network of service centres. Role Overview Perform licensed A&P mechanic work, including repairs, maintenance, overhaul, modifications and troubleshooting, on Textron Aviation aircraft at the Sacramento Service Center. Various shifts are available. Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of mechanical duties on various aircraft models, involving diagnosis of malfunctions and the required disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly or adjustment of aircraft systems to prepare aircraft for flight and delivery to the customer Perform turbine engine troubleshooting, inspection, repair and engine run-ups Conduct airframe system and component changes and systems checkout Install service bulletins and kits on airframes and engines Use equipment such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights and a variety of hand tools to repair or modify systems or assemblies Tow and move aircraft during the performance of maintenance duties Assist in cleaning parts and components during the repair and assembly of aircraft Perform other tasks and duties associated with the service centre operation Responsible for own work Licences & Qualifications Licensed A&P mechanic Knowledge of 100-hour, annual and progressive inspection procedures set out in FAR 43

Requirements
