Job Description

About the Company Textron Aviation services Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft through its network of service centres. Role Overview Textron Aviation is hiring immediately for a full-time A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) Mechanic or AMT (Aircraft Maintenance Technician) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position is on the evening shift. You can expect to conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, modifications and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Mechanical duties: perform a variety of mechanical tasks on various aircraft models, including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly and adjustment of aircraft systems to prepare for flight and delivery Engine and airframe maintenance: perform troubleshooting, inspection and repair of turbine engines, including engine run-ups; carry out airframe system and component changes and systems checkout; and install service bulletins and kits on both airframes and engines Use of tools and equipment: use equipment such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights and various hand tools to repair or modify systems or assemblies Licences & Qualifications A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) licence, or equivalent AMT qualification What We Offer Full-time position with immediate start

Requirements
