Role Overview ST Engineering Aerospace Services in Changi is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented A&P Inspector. The role is critical to ensuring the highest standards of airframe and engine maintenance and safety compliance are met, supporting the company's commitment to excellence in aerospace engineering and servicing. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft airframes and engines in accordance with established aviation industry regulations and company standards. Verify the conformity of maintenance work to approved procedures and technical specifications. Ensure all inspection findings, discrepancies and repair actions are accurately recorded and reported. Collaborate closely with maintenance engineers, technicians and quality assurance teams to resolve issues identified during inspections in a timely manner. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aerospace safety regulations, airworthiness directives and industry best practice. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and overall safety performance. Support audits and external regulatory inspections as required. Requirements Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems, components and maintenance documentation. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and assess potential defects or non-compliance. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all health and safety guidelines. Proficiency with inspection tools and digital record-keeping systems. Ability to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements and company policies. Licences & Qualifications Valid A&P mechanic certification or equivalent qualification, with relevant experience in airframe and engine inspections.
