Role Overview Based at the Gulfstream Savannah service centre, plan and coordinate the technical functions of aircraft maintenance, repair, replacement and modification of key aircraft components to ensure proper operation, and provide work direction to technicians performing aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting and repair duties. Key Responsibilities Ensure required maintenance and necessary servicing of all aircraft mechanical systems Lead the repair, maintenance, installation and troubleshooting of mechanical and functional components of the aircraft, including airframes, engine components, landing gear, electrical components and control systems Provide work direction to technicians performing aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting and repair duties Coordinate with inspection to ensure compliance with internal and FAA inspection and documentation requirements Ensure completion of work order sign-offs, shift turnovers and other paperwork in a timely manner Ensure that all work accomplished meets quality standards and specifications Properly identify (tag) customer property and equipment, and store aircraft components and other customer property securely and safely Follow standard operating procedures and job safety analyses when operating ground support equipment Operate and oversee use of special support equipment used in removal and installation of major components Coordinate with other departments to arrange for the overhaul or repair of customer property as needed Additional duties Apply 6S and Lean initiatives to keep shops, hangars and aircraft work areas clean Properly use and maintain company-provided tools and equipment Coordinate movement of aircraft as required Maintain advanced knowledge of FAA regulations, process specifications, Repair Station and Quality Control manuals, and company policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Must be able to read and understand engineering data Advanced knowledge of inspection and maintenance procedures for various aircraft models and systems Advanced knowledge of pertinent technical reference materials (maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogues, Service Bulletins, structural repair manuals, engineering drawings, Airworthiness Directives and similar) Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language Licences & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) licence required Valid driving licence required Experience Eight years of aviation maintenance experience (avionics, electrical and/or mechanical) Including two years of relevant Gulfstream aircraft experience Additional Information Department: Service Center Employment type: Full-time Shift: First Travel: Up to 25% Posting end date: 17 April 2026 Gulfstream does not provide work visa sponsorship for this position, unless the applicant is a currently sponsored Gulfstream employee.

Requirements
