About the Company Rishworth Aviation is a specialist aviation crew resourcing company that places pilots and engineers with airlines and operators worldwide. Role Overview The client is a leading domestic operator providing passenger and charter solutions in Papua New Guinea. They are looking for an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to oversee MRO compliance against the company's KPIs and to supervise all maintenance tasks on the client's fleet. This is a full-time position with accommodation, flights and transport provided at base. Key Responsibilities Ensure all tasks specified in the work pack have been carried out. Ensure all paperwork is completed and certified correctly in accordance with the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE). Deliver on-the-job technical training to new employees on aircraft maintenance practices, company policies and safety procedures as required. Ensure all documentation and certifications are completed and correctly certified. Ensure all serial numbers of components removed and fitted are recorded and that GRNs are recorded for all parts and materials used. Ensure TSN, TSO and TTIS figures are determined and recorded on all entries. Requirements Working knowledge of the appropriate processes, procedures and standards in the MOE. Able to advise the senior management team on engineering matters and drive required changes. Licences & Qualifications Must hold a licence with an ATR 72-600 or Dash 8 Classic type rating. Experience At least 10 years' experience in the aircraft maintenance industry. What We Offer Full-time position. Accommodation, flights and transport provided at base.
