Job Description

Role Overview As an A&P inspector you can expect to uphold the highest standards of aviation safety by ensuring all inspections meet FAA regulations and manufacturer guidelines. You will play a key part in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our Service Center operations. If you are detail-oriented and passionate about precision, we invite you to apply today. Key Responsibilities Final airworthiness inspections: inspect aircraft and components to ensure compliance with Textron Aviation quality standards and FAA regulations for return to service. Quality and compliance oversight: review inspection records, reports and documentation for accuracy and adherence to RII, Part 135 and internal quality standards. Tooling and equipment verification: perform periodic checks and calibrations on precision tools and test equipment to meet FAA and OEM specifications. Material and parts control: inspect and accept incoming parts and supplies, ensure proper tagging and traceability, and prevent the installation of unairworthy components. Technical documentation and resources: use OEM manuals, wiring diagrams, structural repair manuals and MELs to guide inspections and maintenance procedures. Aircraft walkarounds and safety checks: conduct regular aircraft walkarounds to verify form usage, identify hazards and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
