Role Overview We are recruiting an Avionics Aircraft Engineer to support aircraft maintenance activities under the appointed Crew Chief (B2). The successful candidate will need an awareness of all associated aircraft maintenance regulations and must work safely in accordance with Company procedures at all times. Working pattern: 40 hours per week, either Monday to Friday, a four-day week, or a 554 shift to suit the applicant. A shift allowance applies to the 554 shift. Key Responsibilities Be an active participant in the Safety Management System (SMS) reporting culture and work towards safety improvements at all times. Report to the nominated supervisor for the receipt, dispatch and servicing of allocated aircraft, including daily checks, scheduled maintenance, component replacements, defect rectification and repairs, mandatory inspections, aircraft re-configuration, and aircraft servicing and refuelling under the supervision of the allocated Licensed Aircraft Engineer. Conduct all maintenance tasks in accordance with approved data contained in OEM maintenance publications and ensure compliance with published company procedures. Carry out tasks to the best of your ability and certify work within the terms of any company authorisations held. Sign and date all maintenance actions performed in a timely manner. Complete worksheets and work cards during maintenance activities and report any additional defects found to the supervising LAE. What We Offer Competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
