Engine Mechanic – Disassembly

Your Responsibilities
- Disassemble aircraft engines, including Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM56 engines
- Complete all assigned technical and administrative tasks in accordance with applicable regulations
- Carry out assigned work within the required deadlines and ensure high-quality standards
- Apply Lean methods
- Continuously improve work processes to enhance quality and safety
- Handle operating materials and resources in an environmentally responsible manner
- Work independently while demonstrating commercial awareness and cost-conscious decision-making
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training, preferably as a polymechanic, automotive mechanic, or agricultural machinery mechanic
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and responsibly
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Good physical health, resilience, and flexibility
- A strong sense of personal responsibility and self-motivation
- Good German skills and written and spoken English at A2 level
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
