Working with an extensive customer network of global partners, we provide comprehensive and fully customised maintenance, repair, and overhaul solutions for aircraft engines, airframes, and components, including outstanding technical support for more than 500 customers. Your Responsibilities

  • Disassemble aircraft engines, including Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM56 engines
  • Complete all assigned technical and administrative tasks in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Carry out assigned work within the required deadlines and ensure high-quality standards
  • Apply Lean methods
  • Continuously improve work processes to enhance quality and safety
  • Handle operating materials and resources in an environmentally responsible manner
  • Work independently while demonstrating commercial awareness and cost-conscious decision-making

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed vocational training, preferably as a polymechanic, automotive mechanic, or agricultural machinery mechanic
  • Ability to work independently, accurately, and responsibly
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Good physical health, resilience, and flexibility
  • A strong sense of personal responsibility and self-motivation
  • Good German skills and written and spoken English at A2 level
  • Willingness to work in a two-shift system
