Aerviva is seeking highly skilled H145 Standardization Instructor Pilots to join a leading aerospace &amp; defense company in the Middle East.&nbsp;In this role, you’ll define, evaluate, and uphold training standards, ensuring excellence across aircrew operations while mentoring elite pilots.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Report and work directly with the Aircrew Training Manager of the organization.</li><li>Serve as a Ground and Flight Instructor, training aircrew on both basic and advanced courses (Conversion, NVG, Hoist, Tactical) on the H145.</li><li>Conduct Flight Check Flights (FCF) on the H145 helicopter.</li><li>Prepare training plans based on organizational requirements.</li><li>Ensure all regulations are up-to-date and compliant with client standards.</li><li>Advise client commanders on aircrew training requirements specific to the H145.</li><li>Develop, write, and maintain training materials, publications, syllabi, and exams, performing periodic updates as required.</li><li>Maintain and monitor training records for deployed aircrew.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Certified Instructor Pilot from a recognized aviation institution</li><li>FAA/EASA/ATP/CFI/CFII/SOL (Simulator Operator Instructor) or equivalent</li><li>Military background preferred</li><li>Minimum flight hours:<ul><li>5,000 Rotary Wing</li><li>2,000 as Pilot Instructor</li><li>1000 NVG</li><li>300 on H-145/EC145</li><li>Minimum 100 flight hours in the past year</li></ul></li><li>Experience in Hoist operations, NVG, FCF, and Tactical flights.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Must pass medical evaluation, theoretical exam, practical assessment, company interview, and government security clearance.</li><li>All qualifications must be verifiable with official documentation.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Work schedule: 5 days/week, 48 hours/week</li><li>Direct employment contract</li><li>Competitive salary with paid overtime</li><li>Health insurance and relocation support</li><li>Work-life balance: 30 days annual leave + 11 official holidays</li></ul>For further information, please get in touch at: <a href="mailto:recruitment@aerviva.com" target="_blank">recruitment@aerviva.com</a>
