Important Information before applying

After positive selection, the Luxair Pilot Cadet Program will take approximately 18 months to complete. It will be entirely pre-financed by Luxair, no upfront training investment is required from your side. Once you start flying in our Luxair cockpit, a portion of your salary will then be retained until a predetermined part of the training costs has been covered. 
 
You will need to fulfil the following mandatory requirements at the beginning of training to be eligible for the program:

	<li>Be at least 18 years old</li>
	<li>Have or will have successfully graduated from high school and be qualified for university entrance by the start of training</li>
	<li>Have the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union (EU)/European Free Trade Association (EFTA)</li>
	<li>Have a clear criminal record which is also free of any driving-related offenses</li>
	<li>Be able&nbsp;to obtain a valid EASA class 1 medical</li>
	<li>Very good command of the English language</li>
	<li>Be over 156cm tall</li>
	<li>Be able to swim</li>
