Flight students can receive a Conditional Offer of Employment with Republic Airways as early as their instrument rating or commercial certificate! This program requires no commitment or contractual obligation. PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

ALL Candidates

-No more than one check ride failure

-Eligibility to work in the United States

-FAA First Class Medical (can have lapsed privileges)

-No more than 700 hours or less than 6 months until date of conversion to First Officer

Cadets with ATP (1500 Hours)
