ALG has a great opportunity for a Warehouse Officer to join a well-established organisation based in Mascot Airport. The position will give the successful candidates positive exposure to the aviation industry.
This role offers an ongoing casual contract with full-time hours and potential for permanent placement based on performance. Shifts are scheduled 4 on 4 off (days and nights).
Key duties:
- Maintain company premises and equipment to the highest standards.
- Operate forklifts skilfully.
- Perform general warehouse housekeeping duties.
- Manage assets, tools, and inventory tracking.
- Engage in manual handling tasks efficiently.
- Handle pick packing operations with precision.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Valid Forklift License and minimum 3 years' experience
- Australian Manual Driver License or higher Driver's License
- Be able to lift 20kg.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Willingness to obtain an ASIC (airport identification)
- Flexibility to work on a 7-day rotating roster
- Ability to comply with medical requirements (drug/alcohol and physical tests)
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and good communication skills
- Demonstrate full compliance with all work rules and regulations
