Location: Shawbury

Contract: 6 months (Inside IR35)

Pay Rate:

£12.72 per hour PAYE

£17.01 per hour Umbrella

Overview:
Belcan are recruiting a Warehouse Coordinator for one of our aerospace clients involves overseeing daily operations within a designated area of the warehouse, ensuring efficient material handling, stock management, and compliance with internal procedures. The coordinator supports team leaders and management in meeting operational targets and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate warehouse activities and support cross-functional operations (inbound, outbound, repairs, tool control).
• Maintain accurate documentation and use business systems (e.g., SAP) effectively.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and airworthiness directives.
• Build strong working relationships across teams and with external contacts.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Provide progress updates to team leaders and contribute to achieving departmental KPIs.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in supply chain or warehouse operations; aviation sector preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
• Understanding of warehouse security and stock vulnerability.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications:

• Forklift truck certification preferred.
• Full UK driving licence required.
