Role Overview AEGEAN is looking for Type Rated First Officers to join its Airbus fleet, within the First Officers Airbus department of Flight Operations at Athens International Airport. The role suits candidates eager to provide unparalleled service and value for passengers, through dedication and teamwork, with the highest commitment to safety. Type of employment: Full-time Application deadline: 30/09/2026 Requirements Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU Licences & Qualifications EASA ATPL(A) with a valid A320 type rating Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency: Level 4 Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate Experience 500 hours flying experience on the A320 Family Competencies Communicating openly, honestly and respectfully with team members Teamwork and collaboration Problem solving and taking initiative under stressful circumstances Thinking in a structured and analytical way

Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
  • EASA ATPL(A) with a valid A320 type rating
  • Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency: Level 4
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • 500 hours flying experience on the A320 Family
  • Communicating openly, honestly and respectfully with team members
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Problem solving and taking initiative under stressful circumstances
  • Thinking in a structured and analytical way
