Training Site Team Lead

B737 NG| B737 MAXA new exciting opportunity has arisen within the Kaunas Aircraft Maintenance Services. We are looking to hire a training team lead in our facilities in Kaunas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
✈ Support the training manager in managing the local training programs for KAMS Maintenance Facilities.
✈ Manage the local team of Technical Training Instructors and coordinators to ensure demand is supported in a structured and timely manner.
✈ Ensuring all Technical Training is prepared and delivered in compliance with EASA Part-145 and EASA Part-147 regulations, where applicable.
✈ Provide oversight, liaison, and support of apprentices & JAE’s.
✈ Develop instructor materials (course outlines, lesson plans, background material, instructional materials, and training aids) at the request of the training manager.
✈ Management of the local training records and communicate all training expiries to the management teams.
✈ Maintain and develop the local training center for further learning enhancements across all levels of training.
✈ Build and deliver effective training programs to meet the above-mentioned training requirements.
✈ Travelling to other bases in Europe to deliver trainings or study once in a while.
Requirements:
✈ Excellent communication and presentation skills interaction with the team through all types of communication (verbal, face-to face, virtual).
✈ Ability to scrutinize and supply constructive critique where non-compliance may be found to the management team.
✈ Have experience in management/aviation and have evidence of previous employment in a supervisory or management role.
✈ Strong organizational skills and the ability to build and deliver the most effective training programs to meet the above-mentioned training requirements.
✈Good working knowledge of Office 365, and keen to learn new programs/software tools to enhance working ways.
✈ Must have a strong work ethic and show responsibility to their own work and completion in a timely manner.
✈ Must be flexible and able to adapt to change quickly, have an ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
✈ Ability to seek and find solutions and address them to the management team.
✈ Must hold a valid EU passport and happy to travel where the business requires.
