Trade Assistant - Component Repair

ALG is currently seeking skilled Trade Assistants to join in a well-regarded aviation client in Melbourne, Tullamarine. This is a casual-ongoing role offering full time hours schedule from Monday to Friday (Day shift). It represents an excellent opportunity for individuals with existing trade assistant experience who aspire to enter the aviation industry.

To be eligible for consideration, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Possess relevant industry and mechanical experience (desirable but not mandatory).
• Experience in a maintenance environment (desirable but not mandatory).
• Willingness to work their way up in the industry
• Have a passion and is eager to learn about the aviation industry.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Be prepared to undergo a comprehensive security clearance process (ASIC)
• Be open to participating in Drug and Alcohol testing.
• Demonstrate strict adherence to all work-related rules and regulations.
