MHC Partner Company, Airborne Personnel, is looking for Base Maintenance Technical Representatives on behalf of our client, Air Atlanta Icelandic, ) to oversee and represent the airline’s interests during heavy/base maintenance events at MRO facilities worldwide.

This is a critical, hands-on role acting as the on-site liaison between Air Atlanta and contracted MRO providers, ensuring all maintenance activities meet regulatory, contractual, and company standards.

Built on the foundations of Air Atlanta Icelandic’s 37 years of experience, Air Atlanta Europe was strategically established in Malta in 2021. The two sister airlines complement each other and benefit from shared ownership and the support and know-how of their respective senior management, which never compromises on safety, operational, and quality standards.

Role Requirements:
• Strong background in aircraft base/heavy maintenance
• Previous experience as:
- Technical Representative, OR
- Licensed Aircraft Engineer (B1/B2), OR
- Base Maintenance Supervisor/Inspector
• Experience working with MRO environments (essential)
• Solid knowledge of EASA Part-145 / Part-M/Part-CAMO, Aircraft technical documentation and records
• Aircraft type experience (e.g. B747 & B777) is highly desirable
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure, international environments
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible schedules

Main Responsibilities:
• Act as the Air Atlanta on-site representative during base maintenance inputs
• Liaise daily with MROs, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor and ensure compliance with:
- Approved maintenance programs
- EASA and applicable regulatory requirements
- Air Atlanta technical and quality standards
• Review and manage work scope execution, findings and defect rectification, deferred defects and technical records
• Track progress against maintenance schedules and milestones
• Identify and escalate risks related to quality, cost, and timelines
• Validate work pack completion and support aircraft redelivery
• Provide detailed reporting to Air Atlanta Engineering & CAMO

Terms & Conditions:
• Competitive fee
• Renewable contract after 1 year
• Roster pattern: 1 month ON / 1 month OFF (flexible in line with heavy maintenance schedule)
• Worldwide locations (UAE, Taiwan, Germany, Indonesia)
