ALG has multiple openings for Technical Records Officers to join a leading national airline in Brisbane.
In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and archiving regulatory compliance documents in accordance with CASA requirements, ensuring data integrity and operational compliance at all times.
This is a casual position working a 4 on, 4 off roster (6:00am - 12:15pm), with flexibility to work from home for selected shifts once fully trained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage technical, flight, and maintenance records with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure work orders and component changes are completed within daily and weekly KPIs
- Update and maintain records in TRAX and engineering systems
- Handle a high volume of documentation, ensuring everything is processed and filed correctly
- Conduct QA checks to maintain compliance and data integrity
- Monitor outstanding records and escalate issues where needed
- Support the team with reporting and continuous improvement
Skills & Attributes
- Strong data entry experience and tech savy.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Process-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, motivated, and able to build effective working relationships.
- Experience in developing or improving operational processes is highly regarded.
