OceaniaALG has multiple openings for Technical Records Officers to join a leading national airline.
In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and archiving regulatory compliance documents in accordance with CASA requirements, ensuring data integrity and operational compliance at all times.
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (subject to operational requirements).
Operational Deliverables
Expedite any missing Technical/Flight Technical and Flight Logs daily.
Support the Team Leader in collating data and preparing reports.
Conduct regular QA audits of Technical Records entered into TRAX.
Escalate complex issues affecting the completion of component changes.
Monitor Pending Technical Records and ensure component changes are finalised within the 7-day KPI.
Responsibilities
Maintain safety and regulatory compliance standards.
Act as a Safety Leader within the CAMO team.
Promote and uphold OHS best practices and the S.A.F.E. System.
Participate in safety meetings, inspections, and initiatives to foster a healthy workplace.
Follow all company OHS policies and management system procedures.
