OceaniaALG has openings for Technical Records Officers to work with a leading national airline. You will have responsibility for ensuring that regulatory compliance documents are entered into the system and subsequently archived according to CASA regulatory requirements.
Operational Deliverables:
- Ensure any missing Technical/Flight Technical and Flight Logs are expedited daily.
- Assisting the Team Leader in collating data for reports as required.
- Perform regular internal QA audits of Technical Records entered into TRAX.
- Escalate complex issues which impact on the completion of component changes.
- Monitor the Pending Technical Records report and ensure component changes are expedited within the required 7 day KPI.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all safety and regulatory compliance targets are achieved
- Be a Safety Leader within the organisation's CAMO
- Ensure adequate OHS resources are provided to implement and maintain the S.A.F.E. System and associated programs.
- Demonstrate commitment and leadership to OHS by participating in meetings, inspections, promotions and other appropriate activities Encourage and promote the involvement of all employees in achieving a safe and healthy workplace.
- Act with due care/consideration to safeguard own health and safety and that of others.
- Ensure compliance with safe working practices.
- Comply with all Occupational Health & Safety Responsibilities, Authorities & Accountability as detailed in company Policies and Procedures
- Comply with all responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities as required by the Group management system standard and associated policies
