We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Analyst to join our team and help shape, maintain, and improve critical systems across our Finance and HR domains. We will entrust you to

• Collaborate with stakeholders in Finance, HR, and IT to define requirements and implement solutions
• Work with both existing and new systems in Finance and HR domains
• Partner with external vendors, stakeholders to ensure constant communication and understanding of capacity, priority and current progress of ongoing projects
• Draw up specific proposals to create, modify, extend or replace systems
• Plan and carry out system testing
• Create and maintain documentation and implement change control processes

What you will need to succeed

• Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience as a systems analyst or solution architect
• University degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/IT or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical, problem solving and business judgmental skills
• Ability to write specifications for systems and reports
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and technical documentation (both Latvian and English)
• Understanding of ERP, HRIS, and DMS solutions, prior experience in MS365, Power Platform, and Power BI, will be considered as an asset
• Verbal and written proficiency in English
