System Engineer

Purpose of the position:

The System Engineer manages airworthiness-related processes and documentation, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and supports the Continuing Airworthiness Manager in maintaining the safety and reliability of the fleet.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the assessment and approval process for AD, SB, AOT and Part 21 documents
• Create and manage aircraft airworthiness status reports (e.g., AD, SB, STC, MOD, LLP status)
• Support the Continuing Airworthiness Manager with AD/SB assessments and maintenance program reviews
• Maintain and report reliability data to internal and external stakeholders, including NAA, OEM, and Maintenance Providers
• Collaborate on the development and management of continuing airworthiness management processes and procedures
• Liasing with OEM and maintenance provider
• Perform regular spot checks of Continuing Airworthiness records
• Follow applicable Safety Management System requirements in line with Section 4 of OMM
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Maintenance and Engineering

Requirements:

• Overall 3-5+ years work experience, with 2+ years of relevant work experience within a Part-M approved organization
• University or college degree in Engineering
• A320FAM CEO/NEO type training (Level III) (desired);
• Fuel Tank Safety, EWIS, and Human Factors training (desired)
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Thorough knowledge of EASA Part-145 and Part-M regulations and Airbus manuals
• In-depth knowledge of the Continuing Airworthiness
• Proficiency in AMOS and MS Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive approach with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
