About the Company Airbus Beijing operates a training centre as part of Airbus Training Services. The employing entity is HUA-OU Aviation Training Company Limited. Role Overview Airbus Beijing is seeking Synthetic Flight Instructors to join the team at the Airbus Beijing Training Centre. This is a full-time permanent position employed directly by Airbus Beijing; the overall terms and conditions have recently been enhanced. As part of the team you will deliver training to airline flight crews converting to Airbus on all operational and technical aspects for specific Airbus types, using: Full flight simulators for the A330 and A320. Airbus pilot training devices. Classroom training. The purpose is to ensure airline crews are able to carry out safely and correctly all normal and emergency procedures required by the airworthiness authorities and Airbus, so that crews achieve the required standard of proficiency. Key Responsibilities Deliver training while adhering to Airbus standard policy and standardisation as required by Airbus Flight Training Operations. Instruct trainees on the various training devices. Evaluate crews' progression. Produce a written report and grading of trainee performance at the end of each session. Determine whether extra training is needed to achieve the desired level of proficiency. Participate in the improvement and development of training documentation. Licences & Qualifications Licence: hold or have held an EASA ATPL. Instructor authorisation: a valid EASA SFI or TRI authorisation issued by the same authority as the ATPL. Able to teach, brief and debrief in fluent English. Experience 1,500 hours on the A320, A330 or A350, including 100 hours as PIC on any Airbus fly-by-wire aeroplane. Simulator instructor experience as an SFI or TRI on the A320 or A330.
