Opportunity to step up into a leadership role

ALG is seeking a motivated Storesperson to join a leading aviation team at Mascot Airport. This role involves working in stores and logistics while also driving airside - making it a fantastic gateway into the aviation industry. We are looking for someone with a positive, proactive, "can-do" attitude who is ready to step up and grow into a supervisory or leadership role - as there is a potential to it.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Stores and warehouse duties including stock control & inventory scanning
• Managing tooling and asset allocation
• Driving airside to support operations
• Assisting with warehouse upkeep and manual handling
• Supporting team efficiency and safety standards

What We're Looking For:

• A proactive, reliable, and leadership-focused mindset
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work rotating rosters, including occasional weekends
• Full Australian work rights
• Driver's licence (essential)
• ASIC and ADA, or willingness to obtain (essential for airside driving)
• Aviation or engineering background (desirable)
