Warehouse Officer | Tullamarine Airport
ALG has a great opportunity for a Warehouse Officer to join one of our aviation clients based at Tullamarine Airport.
This is a casual contract offering full-time hours, with strong potential for long-term opportunities within the organisation for candidates who excel in the role.
Roster:
- First 6-8 weeks: Monday-Friday, day shift for training
- After training: Transition to a 4-on, 4-off rotating roster
About the Role
- Operating forklifts in accordance with safety protocols
- Tool handling and management
- Manual handling, picking and packing
- Maintaining company premises and equipment
- Cleaning duties to ensure safety and suitability for use
- Following all workplace safety and compliance requirements
About You
- Australian Driver's Licence and current Forklift Licence
- Airside Driving Authority (ADA) - highly advantageous
- Current ASIC - highly advantageous
- Full working rights in Australia
- Willingness to complete required medical testing, including drug/alcohol and physical assessments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to workplace safety, rules and regulations
