Location: Broughton (Minimum 3 days onsite)
Hours: 35 hours/week (4.5 days between 7am-7pm)
Contract Duration: Until 03/10/2026 (with potential extension)
Rate: Up to £86.00/hr Umbrella | Up to £64.28/hr PAYE
Security Clearance: BPSS+ (Completed by client security team)
Interview Process: One-stage interview

Our Client is seeking an experienced SAP Time Functional Consultant to support ongoing and upcoming time management projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-impact programme, contributing to the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Time Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and document business requirements related to time and attendance, including absences, overtime, and shift planning.
• Configure SAP Time Management (PT) including time schemas (PE01), rules (PE02), time types, absence types, and work schedules.
• Ensure integration with SAP Payroll (PY), Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA).
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers.
• Lead and support testing phases (unit, integration, UAT).
• Create system documentation and training materials.
• Provide post-go-live support and user training.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP Time Management (PT) experience.
• Strong configuration skills in time schemas, rules, and schedules.
• Deep understanding of positive/negative time recording and time evaluation.
• Proven experience in full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and translate technical details into plain language.

Desirable Qualifications

• SAP Time Management Certification.
• Experience with SAP HANA Time Management.
• Familiarity with xAtlas or similar third-party systems.
• Background in similar industries.
• Project management or team leadership experience.
