The fleet currently consists of thirty-one aircraft. Role Overview Air Serbia is recruiting qualified pilot candidates to join the airline's flight crew at its Belgrade base. Licences & Qualifications CPL (MEP/IR/ME) ATPL theory credit MCC (multi-crew cooperation) course Advanced UPRT certificate Valid flight crew licence issued by the Civil Aviation Directorate (CAD) of the Republic of Serbia Class 1 medical certificate English language ICAO level 4 minimum High school diploma No incidents or accidents certificate Experience Minimum 100 hours as pilot-in-command Documents for the Interview CV with a passport-sized photograph Copy of the high school diploma Copy of a valid pilot crew licence; if the licence was not issued by the CAD of the Republic of Serbia, a CAD-validated licence must be prepared Copy of the medical certificate Last two pages of the flight logbook showing total flight time by category Additional Information Application deadline: 30 September 2026. Requirements
- CPL (MEP/IR/ME)
- ATPL theory credit

- Valid flight crew licence issued by the Civil Aviation Directorate (CAD) of the Republic of Serbia
- Class 1 medical certificate
- English language ICAO level 4 minimum
