ALG is seeking a Planning Clerk | Administrator to join our client's team at Brisbane Airport. This role is a casual, full-time contract ongoing, with the possibility of transition into a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain daily schedules to support planning and airworthiness administration activities.
  • Update and manage accurate records, logs, and documentation in line with regulatory and company standards.
  • Provide administrative support across planning functions, including reporting, data entry, and document control.
  • Assist with project coordination tasks, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and workflow requirements are met.
  • Liaise professionally with internal teams
  • Monitor compliance requirements and ensure adherence to safety, operational, and regulatory procedures.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to a well-organised, efficient planning environment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in scheduling, administration, or project coordination.
  • Strong time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computing.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings.
