OceaniaALG is seeking a Planning Clerk | Administrator to join our client's team at Brisbane Airport. This role is a casual, full-time contract ongoing, with the possibility of transition into a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain daily schedules to support planning and airworthiness administration activities.
- Update and manage accurate records, logs, and documentation in line with regulatory and company standards.
- Provide administrative support across planning functions, including reporting, data entry, and document control.
- Assist with project coordination tasks, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and workflow requirements are met.
- Liaise professionally with internal teams
- Monitor compliance requirements and ensure adherence to safety, operational, and regulatory procedures.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to a well-organised, efficient planning environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in scheduling, administration, or project coordination.
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computing.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings.
