As an Online Booking Channels Manager at airBaltic, you’ll play a key role in shaping our digital sales and customer journey across multiple platforms. We will entrust you to

Conversion & Optimization

  • Oversee sales performance across the airBaltic website, mobile app, affiliates, and metasearch platforms
  • Track Internet Booking Engine (IBE) funnel performance – sales share, look-to-book ratio, conversion rate, drop-off rate, ancillary attach rate and revenue per booking
  • Propose and implement initiatives to improve IBE funnel performance
  • Optimize ancillary attach rates to maximize revenue per booking

Offers Management

  • Ensure that relevant and accurate flight offers, fares and extra services are consistently displayed on airBaltic.com and the mobile app
  • Localize content for key markets (Baltics, Nordics, Western Europe, CIS)
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and capabilities to personalize offers and improve sales performance

Collaboration

  • Work closely with E-commerce UX & UI, Content and Web Pricing teams, Revenue Management, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, and IT to improve customer experience from landing page to flight departure delivering seamless digital sales performance

What you will need to succeed

  • Higher education in E-commerce, Project Management, Business Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years experience in E-commerce (airline or travel industry preferred)
  • In-depth understanding of airline/travel industry distribution, booking engines and ancillary services merchandising
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, BI dashboards, and Microsoft Clarity
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO)
  • Experience working with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven leadership, collaboration, and project management skills to drive initiatives end-to-end
  • Fluency in English (additional languages considered an advantage)
