Non-Licensed Structural Mechanic – Punta Cana

Responsibilities:

• Perform visual inspections of aircraft structures
• Carry out sheet metal repairs (drilling, cutting, riveting)
• Remove and install structural panels and components
• Remove corrosion and prepare surfaces for repair
• Apply sealants and perform structural sealing
• Read and interpret technical documentation (SRM, AMM, drawings)
• Use manual and pneumatic tools in compliance with safety standards
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Basic experience in metalwork, automotive bodywork, or mechanics
• Ability to use tools such as drills, riveters, sanders, or grinders
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Willingness to learn and work in an MRO environment
