Are you passionate about shaping the network of the leading carrier in the Baltics? Do you have a sharp commercial mindset, strategic planning skills, and airline industry experience? We’re looking for a Network Development Manager to join our dynamic Network Planning team and take ownership of the development and performance of selected airBaltic bases.

In this key role, you will lead the planning and execution of our network strategy across assigned markets, identifying growth opportunities, and improving connectivity. If you’re an experienced professional ready to make an impact in a fast-growing airline environment, we’d love to hear from you.

We will entrust you to

• Develop network strategies for assigned bases, focusing on growth, profitability, and competitiveness
• Prepare business cases for route changes backed by financial and market analysis
• Conduct demand forecasting, profitability analysis, and competitor benchmarking
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to design efficient, competitive, and profitable schedules
• Monitor route performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
• Maintain strong relationships with airports, tourism boards, and other key stakeholders

What you will need to succeed

• Proven experience in network planning, route development, or commercial strategy—preferably in an airline
• Strong analytical skills and experience in market assessment and business case development
• Solid understanding of airline commercial principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in relevant industry tools (e.g. MIDT, OAG/SRS, Sabre GDD, IATA DDS) is a plus
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strategic view
