About the Company 2Excel Aviation Ltd is an industry leader in specialised and innovative solutions for aviation's most complex challenges. Its Special Missions division delivers specialist aviation services to the UK Government and industry customers. Role Overview 2Excel is looking for First Officers to join its growing team at its sites in Prestwick and Humberside. The flying is varied and challenging and is not a conventional A-to-B aviation job: duties include the delivery of specialist surveillance tasks within the UK and neighbouring states. The role offers the right individual the chance to progress within 2Excel. Successful applicants will operate as a First Officer on the B350 alongside a Captain. Each crew also carries a Sensor Operator on board, who manages the sensors and mission equipment. The post is full-time and permanent, covering both days and nights. Licences & Qualifications Current UK Class 1 medical . Valid UK CPL (or ATPL ) with ME/IR . Experience 250+ total flying hours , including at least 100 PIC , 50 IR and 5 night hours. Desirable: MCC and AUPRT . Desirable: relevant experience in a similar setting (military, police, coastguard). Desirable: a current King Air 350 type rating , though this is not essential as training will be provided. Requirements Able to demonstrate the right to work in the UK. Able to obtain UK Security Clearance. Hold a valid UK driving licence. What We Offer Stable roster on a four-on, four-off shift pattern, which includes nights. Successful applicants who do not already hold a current King Air 350 type rating will be required to attend training. All costs related to training are subject to a bond for a two-year period, repayable if the employee leaves.
