About the Company Skyborne is a pilot training academy operating approved training organisation (ATO) facilities with modern aircraft, simulators and courseware. Role Overview Skyborne is looking for a Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) Manager to join the Training team, delivering and taking responsibility for the conduct of the ATO's approved MCC, APS MCC and MCCI(A) courses. The role provides management and operational oversight across the Gloucester and Bournemouth sites, ensuring a consistent approach to training delivery, compliance, instructor standards and course quality. Working closely with instructors and training management, you will support the effective day-to-day operation and ongoing development of MCC training. You will also oversee training conducted in the Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 FNPT II simulators, supporting the development of airline-ready pilots and the continuous improvement of MCC training standards. The position is based onsite at Gloucestershire Airport, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Accountable for ensuring the school complies with regulatory requirements regarding the delivery of multi-crew training. Define and monitor the required quality and standard of training given by the MCCI(A)s. Ensure all multi-pilot training documentation, manuals and courseware are fit for purpose and meet business requirements. Ensure multi-crew training is delivered in line with Skyborne Airline Academy's objective of high-quality, customer-focused training. Manage and develop the multi-crew courses. Lead the management, development and continuous improvement of MCC, APS MCC and MCCI(A) courses to meet regulatory, operational and business requirements. Oversee the operation and utilisation of the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 FNPT II simulators, ensuring training is delivered safely, effectively and in accordance with approved course requirements. Licences & Qualifications Current UK Part-FCL MCCI(A) qualification; an EASA Part-FCL MCCI(A) is desirable. SFI/TRI and SFE/TRE experience (desirable). Experience Previous airline experience.
