Role Overview Skyborne is looking for a Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) Manager to join its Training team, delivering and taking responsibility for the conduct of the ATO's approved MCC, APS MCC and MCCI(A) courses. The role provides management and operational oversight across the Gloucester and Bournemouth sites, ensuring a consistent approach to training delivery, compliance, instructor standards and course quality. Working closely with instructors and training management, you will support the effective day-to-day operation and ongoing development of MCC training. You will also oversee training conducted in the Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 FNPT II simulators, supporting the development of airline-ready pilots and the continuous improvement of MCC training standards. This position is based on site at Gloucestershire Airport and is worked Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Accountable for ensuring the school complies with regulatory requirements for the delivery of multi-crew training. Define and monitor the required quality and standard of training given by the MCCI(A)s. Ensure all multi-pilot training documentation, manuals and courseware are fit for purpose and meet the requirements of the business. Ensure multi-crew training meets Skyborne Airline Academy's objectives of high-quality, customer-focused training. Manage and develop the multi-crew courses. Lead the management, development and continuous improvement of the MCC, APS MCC and MCCI(A) courses to meet regulatory, operational and business requirements. Oversee the operation and utilisation of the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 FNPT II simulators, ensuring training is delivered safely, effectively and in accordance with approved course requirements. Licences & Qualifications Desirable: current UK Part-FCL MCCI(A) qualification with an EASA Part-FCL MCCI(A). Desirable: SFI/TRI and SFE/TRE experience. Experience Previous airline experience. Demonstrable record of leadership in a training management role. Extensive experience training as an instructor for the professional pilot licence. Requirements Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, to motivate and encourage staff and deal effectively with internal and external contacts from executive to administrative levels.
