ALG Talent is currently seeking an MIS Implementation Specialist on a 6-month contract basis (with potential to extend) to join a reputable aviation organisation in Perth and support the rollout of a new Maintenance Information System across its E190 fleet.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CAMO professional to play a pivotal role in a major systems induction programme, working alongside the CAMO team to ensure Maintenix is established, integrated, and trusted as the go-to source for fleet and maintenance data across the network.
About the role:
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the MIS (Maintenix) within the CAMO environment, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and operational reliability
- Translate CAMO planning and operations processes into system workflows, then document and standardise those processes for consistent use
- Provide hands-on support to Maintenance Watch and Defect Management operations, contributing to real-time airworthiness oversight
- Ensure Tech Records and task card data meet regulatory standards and continuing airworthiness requirements
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards and management reports that provide reliable fleet and maintenance status visibility
- Act as the key liaison between operational CAMO teams and the MIS project/implementation workstream
- Drive user adoption and deliver training to planners and Maintenance Watch staff to ensure consistent, correct system use
- Identify gaps between existing CAMO processes and system capabilities, contributing to continuous improvement
What we're looking for:
- Solid CAMO operational background, ideally in Maintenance Watch or Planning
- Superuser-level knowledge of a Maintenance Information System - Maintenix experience highly desirable
- Strong understanding of continuing airworthiness requirements, defect management, and Tech Records
- Ability to bridge the gap between operational teams and systems/project functions
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data visibility tools
- Available Monday to Friday, standard business hours
