Trainee Structures Mechanic (Unlicensed) - Punta Cana

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform visual inspections of aircraft structures.
• Carry out sheet metal repairs, including drilling, cutting, and riveting.
• Remove and install structural panels and components.
• Remove corrosion and prepare surfaces for repair.
• Apply sealants and perform structural sealing.
• Read and interpret technical documentation, including SRM, AMM, and drawings.
• Use hand and pneumatic tools in accordance with safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed high school education.
• Basic experience in metalwork, automotive body repair, or mechanics.
• Experience using tools such as drills, riveters, sanders, or grinders.
• Knowledge of measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation.
• Attention to detail and good manual skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in an MRO environment.
