With the upcoming opening of a new aircraft maintenance hangar in Punta Cana, we are looking for motivated individuals who want to start a career in aircraft maintenance and become part of our growing team in the Dominican Republic.

About the Position:

This role is designed for individuals who want to begin working in the aircraft maintenance field.

You will work alongside experienced aircraft technicians, supporting them in performing maintenance tasks on aircraft.

No previous aviation experience is required. If you have an interest in mechanics, tools, cars, or technical work, this is a strong opportunity to start your career in the aviation industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist licensed aircraft technicians during maintenance tasks
  • Help open and close aircraft panels for inspections
  • Support removal and installation of aircraft parts
  • Clean and prepare work areas and aircraft components
  • Use basic tools and equipment during maintenance tasks
  • Follow safety regulations and maintenance procedures
  • Assist with basic maintenance documentation

You will work on Boeing 737 (600/700/800/900) and Airbus A320 aircraft under the supervision of experienced technicians.

What You Bring:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma
  • Interest in mechanics, aviation, or technical work
  • Ability to use basic tools (experience repairing vehicles or mechanical equipment is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Responsible, motivated, and eager to learn
