Job Title: MCC Engineer

Department: Maintenance Control Center (MCC) / Airline Operations

Reports to: Head of CAMO

Location: Malta

Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent

 Position Objective Ensure the safe, efficient, and on-time execution of the airline’s daily flight operations by providing engineering and technical support to the Operations Control Center (OCC), daily scheduling maintenance tasks and monitoring aircraft technical and airworthiness condition

  Key Responsibilities Provide real-time technical support to line maintenance and flight crews Monitor fleet performance and ensure prompt resolution of technical issues Manage AOG recovery and coordinate with OEMs and vendors Support MEL/CDL compliance and documentation Monitor operational data to ensure compliance with safety and efficiency standards.. Collaborate Flight Operations, and Maintenance departments to resolve technical issues. Contribute to MCC procedures, manuals, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from EASA, IOSA and other authorities.  Coordination and management of heavy checks during low season

 Position Requirements

Education: · Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field. Can be substituted with work experience in aviation or B1/B2 license Experience: · 3+ years of experience in airline operations, MCC/OCC, or CAMO duties of B737 fleet. · Experience with preventive maintenance and AOG´s situations.

Technical Knowledge: · Deep understanding of Boeing technical documentation, especially MEL/CDL/SRM/AMM · Familiarity with CAMO environment · Knowledge of EASA operational regulations and documentation.

Skills: · Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in time-critical situations. · Ability to work in a high-pressure, 24/7 operations environment. · Excellent communication and coordination abilities. · Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
